Claire Wingert PhD, LPC, NCC

My therapeutic process begins with a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, empathy, and a nonjudmental stance. I believe my clients are the experts on their own wellness and aim to work with them collaboratively to feel their best and make lasting changes. I use a variety of approaches to support my clients in healing and understanding themselves on a deeper level. Most importantly, my goal is to provide time for processing while also providing tools and skills to help manage stressors in the moment.

I received my master’s in counseling from Mount Mary University in 2019 and my doctorate in counselor education and supervision from Mount Mary University in 2024. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health.
